Overview

The pandemic transformed how many organizations operate and, even post-pandemic, the workplace doesn't operation under the same five-day per-week guidelines. Working and managing employees in a hybrid or fully remote environment is commonplace, but are you managing employees effectively? What are the gaps? Where are the levers? And, how can we grapple with the increasing burdens in maintaining operations, while balancing and navigating employee needs?

Why you should Attend

If you or your organization are struggling with the best way to navigate a hybrid or fully remote workspace, join our training session for best practices and creative solutions. Without a viable program, you can expect to see continued or diminished return-on-investment (ROI), decreased productivity in employees, and worse, attrition or unscheduled terminations, which could impact day-to-day operations. That, and managers have a high probability of grappling with employee relations issues that might escalate without thoughtful and creative practices

Areas Covered in the Session

  • Why do remote/hybrid arrangements work?
  • What's the return on investment (ROI)?
  • What impact does wage and hour law have on work-from-home?
  • What's the intersection between home office spaces and OSHA or Worker's Compensation?
  • How do reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADAA) affect remote/hybrid work?
  • How do you manage a remote workforce effectively?
  • What communication structures work best, or how do you pivot existing communication?
  • What to do if it's not working out with your remote/hybrid employee(s)
