Overview

The Agile Manifesto began as a team-level software development approach but has since been extended to organizations in three key directions: adapting to teams that don't fit the simple Scrum model, accommodating individuals unaccustomed to changing methods, and addressing the broader scale of Agile adoption. However, this expansion has revealed significant gaps in effectively implementing Agile practices. In addition, several limiting beliefs have taken root, fostering a sense of learned helplessness in many organizations. The first step toward overcoming these challenges is awareness recognizing both the structural gaps and the mental barriers that hinder progress.

This session is designed to foster that awareness and help participants identify what’s needed to move forward. If you’re struggling with Agile, you’re not alone there are systemic issues at play, not just problems with individual teams or managers. This seminar introduces key concepts that can help elevate your Agile adoption to the next level.

He is also the creator of PMI’s Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant workshop.

Amplio is a transformation system to improve any organization by first identifying symptoms, then doing an analysis to create a diagnosis, then creating an action plan based on the diagnosis and then implementing it.
