Al Shalloway is the founder and CEO of Success Engineering and the lead designer of Amplio. He had been a thought leader in the Agile space before the Agile Manifesto and was asked to attend its 10-year anniversary because of his work with XP, design patterns, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban. As a former gold sponsor, SPCT, and contributor to SAFe, Mr. Shalloway is familiar with the most popular Agile methods. He is also the creator of PMI’s Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant workshop.

Amplio is a transformation system to improve any organization by first identifying symptoms, then doing an analysis to create a diagnosis, then creating an action plan based on the diagnosis and then implementing it.
