Many coaches presume people resist change. In actuality, they don’t. But Agile coaches haven’t been trained in how people listen, learn, react and resist. It's not inherent - but it readily happens.

This talk with introduce the concept of the automatic interpretive reframing that people do. This has people listen more to themselves

This talk will discuss how change can be viewed with fear and how it can be shifted to a positive possibility.

Two techniques to introduce yourself as a coach or consultant will be provided as well.

Takeaway: How to create change that sticks by reducing imposition.
