Overview

Some coaches claim that their coaching style and approach is 'transformational coaching' without providing any proof or justification for what they do and how they do it to effect transformation. They merely apply their own meanings and discretions to 'transformation'. Simply promising to perform a coaching process to produce results such as greater productivity, growth, and development, or increased effectiveness does not guarantee a transformation in someone's life or business. These are the typical consequences of any coaching, advising, or training.

This webinar offers scientific and academic explanations of transformational coaching and its use in organizational development change interventions.

Why you should Attend

In today's coaching industry, the term 'transformation' has become popular in talks about corporate consulting, leadership development, and coaching techniques and models. However, when vocabulary is employed without regard for context or genuine meaning, it frequently loses its true connotation and becomes a description of something entirely different. A prominent illustration of such inconsistency is when the terms transformation and change are used interchangeably.
