Developing a personal philosophy will help give us a lens with which to make decisions in our life and work. It is a useful tool that informs and guides and defines our life. It is especially useful when faced with adversity, making a life change, or just choosing how to relax and have fun with loved ones.

Speaker Profile

Aaron Tombrella is a Navy Veteran who holds a PhD in educational leadership from Trident University International. Additionally he holds masters degrees in educational leadership and music education and a bachelor's degree in Bible and music education. He lives in the North Dallas suburb of Celina, TX with his wife, four daughters and their Auskie, Trixie. Dr. Tombrella's research interests include the effects of burnout on wellness, applications of philosophy to drive productivity, the leader's role in motivation and the use of SEM in customer experience research. He also enjoys SCUBA, crime novels and baking pastries.
