Petra Wilson is Founder and Managing Director of Health Connect Partners; she also provides senior advisory services to the healthcare team at FTI Consulting. Petra has over 25 years of experience in digital health policy and strategy and is a Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
In recent yeas Health Connect Partners work has focussed primarily on helping clients ensure they are able to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the upcoming ePrivacy Regulation in delivering their chosen digital health solutions. In this work Petra draws upon eight years work in the European Commission, where she focussed particularly on data protection in healthcare and the applications of the Data Protection Directive in the eHealth sector.
