Our children today are experiencing an undue amount of stress never felt by previous generations. Their stresses are many and different from the past. The consequences of these untreated stresses are many, including low self-esteem, problems with performance and behavior, risky behaviors, and lack of success.
There are many tools to help children deal with the stresses of today's life. We first need to notice the signs and symptoms of stress in their life, teach them tools to treat today's stresses and help prevent tomorrow's.
If we do not, They may grow up hampered by this problem.
