Speaker Profile

Muhammad Aslam Mirza CEngr, MBA, LMG, PMP, is a seasoned strategic project management professional with over 40 years of experience across engineering, construction, corporate training, and consulting. He is the author of a four-volume series on “Project Management and Leadership Challenges” published by BEP, US, focusing on organizational transformation, human factors, diversity, and agile collaboration. As a PMI-certified PMP since 2006 and holder of a PMI Leadership Institute Certificate, he has led initiatives across Pakistan and the UAE, progressing from project engineer to CEO roles. He founded PMOStrategists in 2025, providing strategic consulting and training in change management and AI-driven project solutions. Previously, he served as CEO of Integrated Corporate Management Solutions (1996–2024) and gained early industry experience at Project Engineering Co. (1982–1995). He has contributed extensively to PMI standards development, including OPM3, CMBOK, and the Project Manager Competency Framework, notably authoring the Claim Management chapter in CMBOK.
