Jordan Friedman (aka “The Stress Coach”) is a stress management expert, speaker, trainer, and author who has spent over 30 years helping individuals and organizations reduce stress, improve performance, and enhance well-being. He is the founder of The Stress Coach, which provides workshops, coaching, courses, and digital tools focused on practical, evidence-based stress reduction techniques. Jordan previously served as director of health education at Columbia University, is the author of The Stress Manager’s Manual, and hosts The Chill Factory podcast.
