Dr. Casey LaFrance is a scholar, consultant, and educator with more than twenty years of experience in project management, change leadership, and nonprofit strategy. He has taught and trained learners across higher education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, focusing on how evidence-based decision making and human-centered approaches drive results. Dr. LaFrance has earned professional certifications in project management, Agile leadership, sustainability, workforce development, and change management, equipping him to connect theory with practice for diverse audiences. He is the co-founder of AGIL3 Enterprise Coaching & Value Stream Solutions, LLC, where he helps organizations improve value delivery and build adaptive leadership capacity. In addition to his business and consulting work, he serves as a graduate program director and advisor, guiding the next generation of leaders. His passion is creating training and mentoring opportunities that help professionals and veterans unlock their full potential while strengthening organizations and communities.
