Sable Ryan With over 20 years of experience shaping people strategies across the public and private sectors, Sable Ryan is a recognized leader in HR transformation and executive coaching. She has lived and worked in four countries across two continents, partnering with global leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams and future-ready organizations.

Sable holds a Master’s in Strategic and Functional Human Resources and is an executive coach through Georgetown Transformation Leadership Coaching program.

Her career includes pivotal roles as an HR professional at Delta Airlines, Strategic Advisor at USAID, and consultant for the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia—where she spearheaded initiatives to modernize HR practices and elevate organizational culture.
