With extensive experience teaching various human resources courses at renowned institutions such as the University of British Columbia and University Canada West, Gifty brings a wealth of knowledge to her professional endeavors.

As the Founder and CEO of PARKER HR Solutions, Gifty provides HR consulting and talent management services across Canada and the USA. Her professional certifications include the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
