Her professional expertise includes child counselling, emotional and behavioural assessment, and the application of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with particular proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is skilled in addressing concerns related to anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and adjustment difficulties, and emphasizes practical, developmentally appropriate interventions.
