Zaffar’s journey started from humble beginnings. He worked as a cleaner, taxi driver, and labourer, and through discipline, consistency, persistency, strong systems, hard work, and focused execution, he went on to build highly successful businesses.
He created the largest Australian Government Accredited Taxi Training Centre in Australia, built a home doctor service that became the second largest in Australia, and established a taxi company in New Zealand that became the second largest in the country within 12 months. He started a disability services business, and in less than four years, it grew to 2,400 employees, including 1,200 dedicated staff working 24/7 to support people with disabilities, which has 185 branches Australia-wide.
A Bollywood production team is developing a movie based on his extraordinary life journey, which is expected to be released in cinemas by 30 November 2026.
